Afghanistan Campaign. The streamer has thirteen stripes (emerald, scarlet, black, white, scarlet, white, old glory blue, white, scarlet, white, black, scarlet and emerald). The ribbon reflects the colors of the new Afghanistan flag and the red, white and blue represent the United States and its allies. The following inscriptions in yellow are authorized:
